Have you had the pleasure of knowing someone who decorated their house when they got married and then never changed it ? There is definitely a certain pleasure in visiting these places, and the way they always stay the same although years may pass, and avocado appliances may go in and out of style, and big hair may come and go. The old-fashioned wallpaper, the doilies, the pictures on the walls never change in the beloved homes of my grandparents and great aunts and uncles!

This bracelet was made from vintage glass, vegetable ivory, buffed celluloid, fabric covered, and plastic buttons sewn onto elastic with sturdy thread and a lot of love!
